As a non-profit organization, our mission is to make sailing accessible to the North Fork community with affordable dues and sailing school tuition for interested sailors. SYC is seasonal with activities scheduled from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.

SYC's Junior Sailing Program is one of the best, most comprehensive junior sailing programs on Long Island. Ten hours a week of instruction are offered for eight weeks during July and August with excellent student/instructor ratios.
