Southold Sailing School
SYC's junior sailing program is one of the best, most comprehensive junior sailing programs available anywhere. Twelve hours a week of instruction are offered for eight weeks during July and August, with excellent student/instructor ratios. Our children learn the beauty and fun of sailing, and for those interested, racing skills are nurtured to a high degree. Southold Yacht Club sailors have consistently placed highly in area regattas and some have scored well in national championships. Our instructors are extremely well qualified to teach sailing skills, always emphasizing safety first.
